A story of passion and tenacity, which has passed throughout the last century to continue today: the one of the family Peyrano and their brand, one of the most prestigious. Founded in 1915, Peyrano is a company active in the production of chocolate, fruit jellies and pastries, currently directed by Giorgio and Bruna Peyrano, who allowed in the 70’s the modernization of the plants and a greater focus on marketing, which led the brand to be synonymous with luxury chocolates, linking it to the world of high fashion and class products.The main production plant - with 100 tons of chocolate every year - is in Turin Corso Moncalieri, as it was 98 years ago, while the pastry is produced in the workshop of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 76, headquarters of the Pfatisch patisserie. The processing of chocolate starts from the cocoa beans that Giorgio Peyrano processes with the unique and ancient art of the past generations.
